We use CourierPost, Castle Parcels, and Post Haste Couriers to deliver goods. It normally takes 1~2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reach your door. For large items such as computer cases, it takes 2~3 working days delivery time. If you live in a rural area, it takes an extra day on top of the normal delivery.
Each package has an unique tracking number and we will email you the tracking number after sending out your order. All the packages we sent are signature required and for this reason we can not deliver goods to P.O. Box addresses!
Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage once the goods have been shipped. Although the couriers are comitted to meets the target delvery date but it has no guarantee, delays could happen due to various reasons. We are not responsible for missing the target delivery even if you paid for the urgent delvery.
It is your responsibility to assemble, configure and install.All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery.
