we might not be able to serve you without prior arrangement.
Goods ordered from our on-line store already include GST, freight and handling charges within New Zealand but exclusive of insurance. All Prices are in New Zealand dollars but may be altered without notice.
We are distributor. We supply goods to dealers NZwide and prices listed on our on-line store are the suggested retail prices. In most cases, you can probably find a cheaper price from our dealers. The reason we sell directly to customers is because not every dealer carries the full range of our products. If you are not happy with our prices, we can always point you to the nearest dealer to your location as long as you ask.
Over 90% of the items on our website are directly imported by ourselves. We know what we sell and we can help you to decide which is the right product for you. We also give you full support when you have questions about our products.
All goods are sold through our shopping cart system, unless you are in Christchurch and want to pick up. After receiving your order, we email you the confirmation (usually within 24 hours) with payment information.
We only deal with New Zealand customers and don't intend to ship goods to other countries due to expensive international shipping charges.
We use CourierPost, Castle Parcels , and Post Haste Couriers to deliver goods. It normally takes 1~2 days (excluding weekends or holidays) to reach your door. After sending your order we will email you an unique tracking number for your record. Please clik the logo below to track your parcel.
Note 1 : Each package has an unique tracking number and require signature, for this reason we can not deliver goods to P.O. Box addresses!
Note 2 :We will not be liable for any loss or damage once the goods have been shipped. It is your responsibility to assemble, configure and install.All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery.

credit card orders are processed on worldpay 128 bit secure server to ensure your privacy.
Payment by cheque or direct payment will not be considered payment until full payment is received. On receipt of your payment we will despatch your goods by courier within 24 hours.
Unless otherwise stated all products have 12 months warranty from the date of the original invoice!
Return and Refund only accepted if:
- The goods are faulty (DOA), please contact us for replacement within 7 days after you receive them.
- You changed your mind. Any unopened item can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 7 days after you receive your goods, after 7 days A minimum of 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price when giving refund. We do not accept returns for non-faulty items after 30 days.
- Refund can only be made if the returned goods is found to be in original condition (not been used!), and the packaging is undamaged.
We are not responsible for any freight costs for returned goods or any damages caused by installation or through overclocking the CPU.
No receipt, no refund.
